How XPromoRank Works
From individual account analysis to community-powered intelligence — your complete guide to making smart promotion decisions
Analysis Process
When you submit an account for analysis, we collect comprehensive data to assess promotion viability.
Account Data Collection
We gather follower count, following count, account age, total posts, and verification status.
Engagement Analysis
We analyze recent posts to calculate average likes, reposts, and replies to determine real engagement levels.
Audience Profiling
Using AI, we analyze post content and bio to determine audience relevance for your selected industry — whether crypto, AI, gaming, fashion, tech, or others. We also score audience integrity, estimating the proportion of real vs. bot/fake followers.
Risk Detection
We identify red flags like suspicious engagement patterns, bot activity, and fake followers.
Report Metrics Explained
Understanding every number on your report:
Account Health Score
0-100Overall account quality based on engagement rate, follower ratio, posting consistency, and red flags. Above 70 is excellent, 40-70 is risky, below 40 suggests avoiding.
Engagement Rate
PercentageAverage total engagement (likes + reposts + replies) divided by follower count. Above 3% is excellent, 1-3% is good, below 1% suggests low-quality audience.
Engagement Consistency
0-100Measures how consistent engagement is across posts. High scores indicate natural growth, low scores may suggest bot activity or engagement manipulation.
Estimated Real Reach
NumberOur AI estimate of actual human followers who would see a promoted post, accounting for fake followers and inactive accounts.
Cost per 1K Impressions
USDThe price you'd pay per 1,000 real impressions. Under $5 is fair, $5-$15 is overpriced, above $15 is very overpriced.
Audience Integrity Score
0-100Estimates the proportion of genuine, active followers vs. bots or fake accounts. Higher is better — below 50 signals significant fake follower risk.
Growth Pattern
Organic / SuspiciousDetects whether follower growth looks natural over time or shows irregular spikes that may indicate purchased followers.
Promotion Reliability Score
0-100Based on past promotional post performance. Measures how consistently this account delivers engagement on sponsored content vs. their regular posts.
Report Sections Explained
Each report includes these dedicated analysis sections:
Audience Quality
Shows the audience integrity score, bot probability, suspicious follower %, and low-activity follower %. Tells you how real the audience actually is.
Growth Analysis
Detects whether the account grew organically or through suspicious spikes — a key signal for purchased followers.
Reach Efficiency
Compares estimated real reach against total followers to show how much of the audience is actually reachable.
Promotion Track Record
Scores the account's past promotional posts vs. their regular content. Shows average promo engagement rate and how many of the last 10 promos underperformed.
Content Performance
Breaks down which content formats (original posts, threads, reposts, videos) perform best for this account — so you know what type of promotion to buy.
Final Decision
A confidence-scored verdict combining all signals into a single buy/skip recommendation with the key reasons listed.
Verdict System
We categorize each account into one of three verdict levels:
Worth It
Health score above 70. Strong engagement, legitimate audience, and fair pricing. Safe to promote.
Risky
Health score 40-70. Some concerns but not deal-breakers. Review red flags carefully before deciding.
Avoid
Health score below 40. Multiple red flags, suspicious activity, or extremely poor value. Not recommended.
Price Fairness
We evaluate the quoted price against estimated real reach:
Fair Price
Cost per 1K impressions under $5. Good value for the reach you're getting.
Overpriced
Cost per 1K impressions $5-$15. Higher than market rate but may be acceptable for niche audiences.
Very Overpriced
Cost per 1K impressions above $15. Poor value. Look for alternatives.
Audience Match
We score the account's audience relevance to your niche (0-100):
Industry Relevance Score
How relevant is the audience to the selected industry (e.g. Crypto, Gaming, Fashion, Tech)
Engagement Authenticity
How natural and legitimate the engagement patterns are for the niche
Audience Quality
Proportion of real, active followers likely to engage with promoted content
General Score
Broad appeal across general topics and mainstream audience
Common Red Flags
Warning signs we look for during analysis:
Suspicious engagement patterns (unnaturally consistent numbers)
Very low engagement rate compared to follower count
Recent follower spikes without corresponding content quality
High following count relative to followers (may indicate follow-back farming)
Repetitive or bot-like posting patterns
Engagement from suspicious accounts
Account age too young for follower count
Content quality doesn't match engagement levels
Real Example: The Fake Follower Trap
We recently analyzed an account with 625K+ followers that had completely zero engagement:
This is a classic fake follower account. The 625K followers are likely purchased or bot accounts, which is why nobody actually engages with the content. Our analysis correctly flagged this as 'Avoid' with a health score of only 25/100. The lesson: **follower count alone means nothing** — always check actual engagement numbers before spending money on promotion.

Score 31–65. Some posts are missing from search or engagement has dropped. Worth monitoring.
